The absolute worst realty company in AmericaThey're pretty much the only company in town with rentalsThere is zero communication between employees, no one seems to write down anythingGive them a month to get your lease, they'll take weeksThey schedule a lease signing and an inspection on a specific day at a specific time, no one shows upRecord keeping? Appointment books? What are those? The old lady Carroll is sweet as can be, but cannot remember a damn thingMary K is an immature, completely unprofessional, whiny baby who likes to blame everyone else for her problems when things go wrong, which they always seem to do for some reasonOf course, this is only when they're actually in the office, which is pretty much neverAnd the inspections? They're minutes longThey basically look for giant holes in the walls, and a clean ovenThat is literally itYou'll end up getting an insanely dirty place with busted windows and leaky pipesI know I sure did! Avoid renting with this company at all costs

The absolute worst realty company in America. They're pretty much the only company in town with rentals. There is zero communication between employees, no one seems to write down anything. Give them a month to get your lease, they'll take 6 weeks. They schedule a lease signing and an inspection on a specific day at a specific time, no one shows up. Record keeping? Appointment books? What are those? The old lady Carroll is sweet as can be, but cannot remember a damn thing. Mary K is an immature, completely unprofessional, whiny baby who likes to blame everyone else for her problems when things go wrong, which they always seem to do for some reason. Of course, this is only when they're actually in the office, which is pretty much never.
And the inspections? They're 5 minutes long. They basically look for giant holes in the walls, and a clean oven. That is literally it. You'll end up getting an insanely dirty place with busted windows and leaky pipes. I know I sure did!
