This is the absolute WORST company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with Their agents are incompetent and useless Unfortunately, I have to go through this company in order to purchase a foreclosed property and they have dropped the ball over, and over again I submitted a cashier's check to them the very beginning of May, they sent it back in JUNE stating the check was made out to the wrong company and that they could not accept personal checks Let me reiterate, it was a CASHIER'S check I have never dealt with such ignorance and stupidity in my life Not to mention, if you want to see one of their properties, you have to constantly leave messages and get downright nasty for someone to even return your phone call It amazes me, that no one has complained about this horrible company before The A+ rating they have with the Revdex.com is laughable I am patiently waiting to see what the status of my FIRST home purchase will be Buying your first home should be an exciting and happy experience ERA Cole has made it miserable for me I wouldn't recommend them to anyone Not even a dog
