On 01-04-Ms [redacted] signed our service agreement for an initial mole prevention consisting of a yard treatment for $The agreement was also for monthly prevention service for $(see signed service agreement attached)Ms [redacted] is wrong about the terms of service and her signature validates thisMs [redacted] was also provided a copy of the service agreement During the ongoing services, Ms [redacted] became confrontational and rude with our technicians and also over the phone with office staffMs [redacted] also began texting our technicians' cell phones and harassing themOur company made multiple "no charge" courtesy checks to her property in an attempt to try to satisfy her The decision was made to discontinue service with Ms***Our company has been in business for over years providing the exceptional customer serviceCompany initiated cancellations are only made as a last resort and are extremely rare with our company Respectfully, Andrew P [redacted] - Owner Eradipest LLC

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It is not true that I was confrontational and rude with the staff? Kirk H [redacted] was the original technician and I know he will testify that we had a good relationship? I also had a good relationship with Sam (do not know last name) who was a technician that followed Kirk? The only time I became upset was when the owner, Andrew, stated that they were no longer providing service? Again, they discontinued service without any notice to us which is unprofessional? In the response the owner has not addressed the fact that he told me the business would send us a $refund I suggest that Revdex.com speak to Andrew, the owner, himself because I suspect that he is not the one responding to this complaint since he knows that many of the response statements are and he is the person who promised the refund ? ? ?
