I contracted with this company to build a two story addition. The contractor did not follow through with the contract and verbal promises. There were many days of no work being done and unnecessary delays. I had to scramble to get another contractor to take over in week 6 of a 10 week contract. There was minimal work done in the house at week 6, maybe 1/4 th of the project. Please stay away from contracting with this builder.
