[redacted] of Erbert Lawns admitted that they hire another company to provide their advertising. Thus, the other company is simply fulfilling a contractual obligation to Erbert Lawns, as per the direction of Erbert Lawns.
For [redacted] to argue that Erbert Lawns is not responsible for affixing trash to my front door is like arguing that if hires somebody to kill his neighbor he is not responsible because he didn't actually commit the act. Erbert Lawns is paying another company to trespass and affix trash on my property, and Erbert is ultimately culpable for those actions.
I do not accept their response.
