Erbe's Cleaning Services

First off, On the back of Erbe's van, is a giant sticker saying it is Revdex.com Accredited, which after coming on the website, they are not.
I started of with a baseline quote form the boss of 150 dollars for floor only to be buffed and waxed, for two bathrooms and a kitchen. When he contacted me to confirm our appointment time, I apologized, and said we have three bathrooms. He said that is ok. I get a call the day prior, saying that he was going to be late, our appt. time was at 0900, the new time was going to be 1300. Not the happiest, but we needed his receipt to give to our rental agency for our move out. The company got there, and told my husband it was going to be 350 dollars. We rented a 1300 square foot town home. the carpet comapany, different from Erbes, was quoting me 400 to clean it, and here this man was telling me it was going to be nearly the same amount for approximately 300 square feet. I was not pleased. I reminded him that this was only the floors, and that he had to move the appt. time, so he lowered it to 250. I had no choice but to pay him that amount. I find incredulous that the price was that much. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism. I was not greeted, they were in ragged clothing, they were on their phones numerous times, they were joking around and laughing, speaking in a different language in front of me, which I find offensive. When I went to pay the boss, they were making jokes about how the money needed to be counted before we left, counting out loud and laughing as I walked away. I paid 262, of the bill being 261.78. I do not recommend this business to anyone. Please, shop some where else.
