I am rejecting this response, because I want you to
completely close the file. I want a letter to state that I have requested the information from you on numerous occasionsEnhanced Recovery will no longer accept this account from AT&T and if the account is present again it will be returned. I am so surprised that Enhanced Recovery would tell me they never had the account before. Not only was that a lie, but the account was not removed the first time according to your statement and not removed the second, until a legal demand was placed upon Enhanced Recovery and without the assistance of the Florida Revdex.com. Your letter needs to include this clause, because you have been asked for the information in the past, and refused to provide. Records have been requested for over a year, which is beyond the requirements of the Fair Debt Collection Act. This is no news to you You have never told me the information was off my credit report, and when I called to resolve, you refused to remove with excuses.Enhanced Recovery considers this matter closed and will not proceed against MrGartenberg in any manor under any mediumNo further collection efforts by this office will continue now or at a later dateEnhanced Recovery will not in the future place any derogatory information on credit report now or in the future. It is totally inexcusable to state you removed from my credit report in and then place on again, when the first issue was never resolved. However, with out me questioning your response and providing supporting documents, you story would not have changed.Regards,Steven PGartenberg, JD

I am rejecting this response because they are still refusing to provide validation of the alleged debt In their response, Enhanced Recovery admits they did not provide validation and only assumed that the original creditor provided the info Enhanced Recovery was required to provide me days notice before any alleged debt was reported to the credit bureaus They also claim that services were disconnected in June 2013; however, I did not reside at that address in their response I was not even a resident of Missouri during the time this allegedly occurred! I have not lived in Missouri since 2012, and can provide my lease agreement to prove residency in another state I could not have incurred any utility charges for an address in which I did not reside.Neither the original creditor nor Enhanced Recovery has provided any documentation about this alleged debt Enhanced Recover is a collection agency and is required to provide validation of debt They have refused to provide validation, but continue attempts at collecting the debt They have not even partially responded to the Revdex.com complaint about their FCRA violations Why are they refusing to respond to the Revdex.com regarding these issues?Validation of debt has been repeatedly requested, but never provided.Consumer was never notified by original creditor or Enhanced Recovery regarding any alleged debt.Enhanced Recovery did not provide consumer days notice to investigate debt before it was reported to credit bureaus.The debt has not been validated, and is therefore reporting inaccurately.Enhanced Recovery has not removed the inaccurate reporting of the debt from consumer's credit file.Please provide prompt mediation to resolve these violations and have my file corrected
