Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: First, leaving a message on my answering machine is not fixing a problem He walked out of my houses saying he would call me with a solution to the ring and never did Even now, he has never proposed a solution How long does it take a cleaning service to figure out how to remove a ring from a counter, especially since the service admits that it left the ring.Second, the storm door looked perfect the day before MrE [redacted] 's crew arrived It was broken one day later Nobody else was in the house Of course they did it That he refuses to take responsibility is disappointing.Third, I arrived at the house and found the heat turned up and the windows open The only people there were his crew My heating oil people called me to tell me that me the company was surprised by how high the bill was for that month Nobody other than MrE [redacted] and his crew were there.Fourth there were some broken blinds before the crew arrived, but they broke additional ones and were completely careless about the blinds in general Fifth, the same goes for the windows There were some cracked, but they broke ones that were not broken before they arrived On the third floor they broke a storm window that was fine before they arrived Not only was it cracked but it was put back improperly, which probably led to the window cracking Sincerely, [redacted]

These guys did a great job cleaning all the carpet and tile in a recently closed condo in Southbury CTIt really sparkles now after years of neglect, the carpets are all light and looked unsightlyI live out of state and hiring them was easy, they were prompt and completeI have referred them alreadyErcolano cleaning also cleans windows and power washes too, that's good to know for the futureI will use them again

*** *** *** *** *** *** ** Subject: Response to complaint *** The job done for this individual was a 3-day job Although I like to be present for all of my jobs, I am only one man and staying on site for a four day
long job is very difficult for me to do because I have other jobs to attend to I do make it a priority to stop by job sites daily and supervise for a portion of every day, which includes me doing hands on work of my own With that said, my workers have been with me for many years and are completely trustworthy I pointed out to the customer that several blinds were damaged before we started the job He told me he was going to be replacing the blinds Although I was not present through out the entire job, my workers assure me that they did not turn on/up the heat I can not say for sure if this is completely valid, because as I stated earlier I was not there the entire time, but my guys have worked with me for many years and we have never had this issue or an issue of lyingUnfortunately, there was a leak in one of our bottles that left a stain on his counter and I take full responsibility for this I spoke with the customer the last day of our job and explained exactly that to him I also assured him that I would look into what we could do to possibly reverse the stain and get back to him I left a message for this customer on the 24th of April but have yet to hear back I will continue to reach out to this customer and do everything I can to satisfy him We did not damage the storm door, window, or blinds I take full responsibility for the counter top.
