I am in receipt of the claim referenced above Based upon conversations with our operational team, the bus did run late on the day in question, however was operated by a supervisor We do notify MPS if we have instances where a route is running very late as described above Since the day in question, a permanent driver has been assigned to the route and it is my understanding that the route has been operating properly If there is a stop or timing question, we can gladly be of assistance to the parent involved to make sure we are all on the same page

We have provided a refund to the customer and the customer noted their receipt of the funds last
weekend. I apologize for the delay, but it took some time to investigate as the submission for payment came from Darralyn *** and not Timothy *** so we had to process some paperwork and make sure we were refunding the appropriate party
