I ordered two chairs on 9/8/and was told they would be delivered in November In November, I was told they wouldn't be available until January In January, I was told they'd be delivered by Feb Now I'm being told they may never show up The chairs (named Romy) cost $and I put down a 50% deposit I also ordered custom pillows ($305.20) and some cut fabric (144.90) to coordinate with the chairs that have already been delivered These items have been delivered and paid in full, but I have no use for them without the chairs I want the chairs delivered or I want all of my money refunded
The service from the company is terrible The store manager won't call me back He gave me two numbers for people from their corporate office & I can't leave messages at these numbers ( Debbie E*** at*** and Crystal W*** ***) and I've left two messages with customer service (844-463-7367) and no one returns my calls I did reach Debbie E*** once and she
