Review: On 10/**/2014 I order some hair because I was getting my hair done on November [redacted]. On November * I called because I still had not receive my product. I had it set up to be there in 2 days. When I called she said to contact her on Wednesday call back. I didn't get too call because I work at it was late, so I called on Friday. She checked and it had never got shipped out the first time. She shipped it then but because I work I could never catch them. The package got shipped back to them. I know the first time it wasn't shipped because they will leave door tags each time. This company requires a signature. I also pay through my paypal account. $122.00.

I was going thru my paypal billing and notice the hair was not refunded so I contacted them and express how I like there product but I would like to get a refund for the product. We went back and forth, basically the [redacted] said I felt like he called me a liar about the hair and wanted me to call him to get my refund. Not I have brought stuff many place and never had to call any manager for a refund. I told him In the email I love the product but not the service and wanted my money back. I work everyday and my hour vary so I can't keep trying call him to get a credit for product. I have another company that services me and I am very satisfiedDesired Settlement: I want the money refunded back to my paypal account, that all I want from this company.

I have tried contacting this customer by calling and leaving messages numerous time to resolve the problem and give her a refund however she refuses to take any of our calls or return any. We have sent her package numerous times however she wasn't available to receive it so the shipping company had returned back to our company. We have no problem giving her a full refund on the product order however we can not refund her the shipping cost because we have paid to ship it to her. Sincerely [redacted] ERENA Hair Center

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

if they called me it didn't show up on my phone Erena I don't answers anonymous calls from anyone furthermore why is my response so important. I have received various products from other companies, and been able to get a refund immediately. I have been working the last 2.5 weeks everyday until 10pm. I feel this gentleman just wants to harass me into taking the product or this would have been a done deal. They ship threw [redacted] and anytime a package is left they leave a note. I don't want the hair as I stated and it obvious they don't want to refund my money. If he wanted to contact me he could have sent me a letter.
