Ergodyne

When Ergodyne products are bought through the Company resellers, consumer returns are coordinated directly with the reseller/vendor where the product was purchased and not directly with Ergodyne. In this particular case, when the Company received the request for the refund from our reseller,
Ergodyne requested to see the umbrella and stand to evaluate what happened since it was not being returned in the original packaging. The umbrella and umbrella stand were returned to Ergodyne and we issued a full refund for both the umbrella and stand to our reseller on 8/16/2016. The reseller is then responsible for providing refunds to the end consumerIf this has not yet occurred, we can contact the reseller on the behalf of MrRoberts as this should now have been processed.
