He never responded nor did he give me a chance to be irrate or accusatory befofe hanging upHe appears to be angry because of the Revdex.com involvementIm done playing games and with his liesHe never mention sending a copy of my card to be refunded Which I would not trust him with being that HE continues to minimize his behavior and BLAME his UNPROFESSIONIALISM in me then customerI was hoping that this never happens to anyone else but by his behavior the Revdex.com will receive many more complaints in the future if not sooner Regards, [redacted]

When the customer called and spoke to the clerk, she was very irate, disrespectful and offensive She was informed to bring in the card so that we may process the refund Customer here states she is from out of town, so that being said, send us a copy of her card and we can issue the credit We do not store any credit care info per privacy laws so we need to know what account to refund Customer needs to be truthful of the sitation and not be irate and communicate effectively, instead of cursing, yelling and being accusatory

I spoke with the sales clerk at that location and was informed that at no time was he asked for it to be processed via debit rather than credit.  If that was the case, we would have informed them that we do not have that option on our processing terminals.  It is automatically determined...

by the customer's card.  When processed, only a certain amount was allowed/processed and there was a remaining balance.  The customer agreed to come back after a withdrawal from an atm, however upon return, was irate that they couldn't make a withdrawal.  Customer left the store upset and a return credit could not be processed as they left with the card.  We are more than happy to issue the credit, however customer must return with the card.

He never mention sending a copy of my card to be refunded.  Which I would not trust him with being that HE continues to minimize his behavior and BLAME his UNPROFESSIONIALISM in me then customer. I was hoping that this never happens to anyone else but by his behavior the Revdex.com will receive many more complaints in the future if not sooner.
