I am rejecting this response because:I am writing this letter as a follto my complaint concerning Eric’s Flooring. This matter has not
been resolved and I wish for my case to remain open. He abandoned his responsibility (ies) it’s been over four months I wish to request a full refund!I am very unhappy with the quality and service I have received from Eric Flooring. The backsplashes are chipping, cracking, sunk in walls/uneven. I noticed the problems and contacted Eric Flooring immediately Rather than fix the problem Eric choose a disappearing actThe backsplash is not of acceptable quality and Eric Flooring Co has refused to correct the problem. Our contract clearly states lifetime guarantee. I have attached photocopy of my receipt as proof of purchase. I would lodge a formal complaint against Eric Flooring I want a full refund. Please let me know of other avenues that are available to me.Thank you for your time.*** ***
