Review: On 11/14/12 I purchased a gas stove and a refrigerator from Eric's Appliance Center. The products are used and come with a 6 month Warranty. My bill totaled to be $550.00. Upon use of the stove the stove was burning up my food. The oven would get too hot that when you tried to bake something it would burn at 200 degrees. I returned back to the store and I called the store daily for the rest of November and the owner was never available. The sales person at the time who goes by the name of [redacted] constantly informed me that he was going to let the owner(**. [redacted]) know and someone would be out. I received no response from the owner. They would record my name in a black and white composition book and tell me someone would get back to me. No one ever did. I returned back to the store every month as well as called and still no response. I knew I had a warranty that I did not want to expire. I received no assistance until my husband went to the store in April because we were tolerating the stove due to not receiving any assitance. In April the knob that was already damaged broke off and we werent able to turn the oven off. **. [redacted] accused us of breaking the stove when the knob broke and refused to accept that the stove was broke when I purchased it. Meanwhile the refrigerator that is only 9 years old just goes. **. [redacted]'s attitude was like well I will charge you $200 and give you a new compressor. **. [redacted] refuses to do anything about the stove or the refigerator.Desired Settlement: I would like my stove replaced due to him never honoring the warranty. I know he's not going to do anything about the refrigerator. I know he's a bad business man to the community and people just accept how he treats them.
