If you are not looking for customer service or quick and satisfactory resolutions to warranty then this is a company for you They do not care about showing up on time or delivery of quality material or doing the job right the first time I had windows installed and one was delivered broken and it took attempts to deliver a window without damage to the glass or casing I called in for warranty work and it has taken over months and the issue is still not resolved to completion When I called in the warranty work and called back for install date I was told that it was "under the pile" on the desk It was then to be ready in weeks but they did not attempt to install for weeks, and when it was delivered they made minor adjustments to the window but were unable to get the lock to secure I was told they would send someone out to complete the install but after weeks they still have not returned

Before we bought the windows, we shopped around for windows for best quality, options, warranty and best pricesWe narrowed down to Colorado Window & Door company and ended up also with great service, what else could you ask for? We bought our windows years ago, we still love them and we highly recommend this company!

This Company installed my replacement windows in 2014. Needed to replace 2 sashes due to broken glass (not their fault) which they stated was no problem as they had the window info on file. Was told 6 weeks (long but acceptable) and they would be in. Ordered on June 2, 2015. Was given 3 different dates (starting in July) that the windows were to be done. Called on all 3 dates (they have never called me) they were to be here and was told a new date 2 weeks out each time. They gave no apology and had no reason for the delay. Told them that I was not happy with them the during the last call, and asked them to figure out when the sashes would be done and call me back. Give me an honest date or tell me you cannot help me so I can move on. After weeks without a call I finally had City Glass replace the glass in the sashes. Took them 1 week! Makes me very concerned about any warranty work I may need down the road. Find a contractor that can back their products and provide service.
