My wife and I purchased a Kohler whole house generator in Feb, of from Eric Dale Heating and ACThe unit was installed in one day and has worked greatAfter a recent storm the generator didn't startI called Eric at 6:am and he was here before 7:amIt turned out to be a mechanical problem and he was was able to get us going in a very few minutes
After farther investigation it was discovered that the computer panel in the generator was damaged beyond repairA new one was ordered and of course it was a "upgrade" so a factory rep was in to reprogram itThis was accomplished in less than a hour and our generator is now all set to run when called upon
