Eric Gleaton is a real piece of work. I don't know how he sleeps at night. He took advantage of my elderly Aunt and Mother and scammed them out of some money. Please save yourself some trouble and don't ever do business with this terrible human being.

This company will take your money, charge you fees and claim that you didn't pay. I paid my rent numerous of times and numerous of times they will told me if was paid that months later I have over $4000 in fees and no rent paid. They emailed my husband saying rent wasn't paid. We didn't see the email until months later. They didn't call or anything. Pathetic slum lords

Please investigate this company! He is a slumlord who takes advantage of so many people it is sad! He owns numerous rundown properties and rents them with duct tape repairsHe is beyond rude to his paying tenantsGrowing up in major cities I thought ive met the worst until I met himThere is nothing about the way he does businessPlease dont ever use his company you WILL regret it!
