Review: I went into the store to order contact lens. I was informed that when I get home to phone in the correct brand. When I phoned in the correct brand I stated that I wanted to order 6 boxes of contact lens. The woman on the phone quoted me a price for $225.00. I stated that it was fine and that I would be in the next day to purchase them. She informed me that she could take my credit card information over the phone, which I gave to her.

I was phoned once the contacts were in to pick them up. When I picked up the contacts it was only 1 box. The woman informed me that she thought she told me 1 box with 6 contacts in each box. I told her that I have been wearing and ordering contacts for over 15 years and there is no one in the state of PA. that would charge you $225.00 for 1 box.

I researched by phoning 3 additional eye glass stores and on the inter-net sites that order contact lens. The brand that I wear costs between $35.00-$42.00 per box. Why would I pay $225.00 for 1 box. That does not exists. I informed the manager that I was not satisfied and that it did not make since for me to order at this excessive price. I told them that I would pay even $50.00 per box but never $225.00. They told me it was nothing that they could do, but if I order more contacts then they would give me a really deep deep discount. I told them that I was reporting them to the Revdex.com because this is excessive and it has to be illegal for you not to charge an amount for contact at the average state rate.Desired Settlement: I either want 2 additional boxes or some of my money back.
