My husband and I had a emergency and had to cancel our appointment on theSame day. We were never inform verbally or in writhing or a 35 dollarFee for canceling. I receive a 70 dollar bill and was told it will effect Effect My credit and go to collectons. Dr white then informs me if I re schedule My appointment would be the only way the balance will be remove. No notice of this was given to me and I want this balance remove and Don't appreciate this. Unfortunately I will never go back to this officeAnd working for a large facility I will never send referrels ifThis is not taken care of.
