We received your letter dated February 2,
Security By Design does
not dispute the upset that Ms*** has expressedWe were very sorry to not be able to provide Ralston Tower with the level of service she and her company derservesWe did however on several occassions let her know that our current workload and conractractual obligations prevented us from being able to get her a quote and it was uncertain when we would be able to fit them in on the calendar
It is unfortunate that at the time that she contacted our company for service we had just restructed and reorganized our companyWe relocated and experienced staffing changes, as a result we were not taking on customers that were not under our monitoring contractsThe Manteca/Stockton area is not an area that we are currently servicing as our current contractual obligations were keeping us in the Bay AreaWe did try to explain that while we did not like to tell customers to find a local alarm company to use for faster service we felt that it was in the best interest of the customer to do just that
Unfortunatly, Ms*** was not in agreement with this recommendation when we were not able to get back to her in a quick and timely manner
I would like to express our deepest regret that Ms*** was not the receipiant of our best serviceAfter close to years in business I think we may have had a total of upset customers that have felt the need to report to the Revdex.comThat is completely within their rights to do soWe normally do strive to provide very professional service to all our customers
I wish there was a way to rectify this for Ms***, but seeing that we are contractually obligated to finish the projects we are currently working on that takes us to the Bay Area and not the Stockton/Manteca areaWe made our suggestions and wish her much success

We do not have any records showing that Mr. [redacted] called to notify us of his move Prior to receiving his fax in regards to canceling his service. Per his signed Contract with Security By Design, He is required to submit a written 30 Day notice...

of Cancellation.
We received a written Notice of Cancellation from Mr. [redacted] on August 3" , 2015 Per 30 day notice, his last Day of service would have been September 3', 2015. We do not process cancellations until the day of therefore, he was billed for the month of September.
To resolve the issue we have waived the prorated payment for September and canceled the service for premises address[redacted] as of August 31st, 2015.

For the record, I did call their office twice to cancel the service and that's how I knew that I have to fax the cancellation form which they sent via e-mail attachment. Therefore the allegation that I did not notify them prior to the faxed document is not true. I appreciate final cancellation of the service.
