2018 and we sent you your registration well before the 90 days ended. We also attached a temporary registration to your windshield which was good for 90 days. Once I got the registration I personally delivered it to your home. I'm sorry for the delays but as a business owner, I have a quite a busy schedule. Secondly, you have requested a refund of $65 which you think was for your registration. That $65 fee is actually a document processing fee and has no relation to your registration. This is clearly written out on the purchase order that you signed and we gave you a copy of. It is just a fee that we as well as all other dealers charge their customers. There was a $15 fee to complete your registration which we paid for ourselves and did not charge you. Therefore, we will not be refunding you your requested amount of $65 because it was not for registration, but was a document processing charge. I'm sorry to hear you didn't have the best experience with us. The last thing we'd ever do is mislead our customers.
