Absolutely the Worst service. They had my pellet stove for 3 months to fix a problem. They never return calls and always have a wait of several weeks for service. Today was the same thing, and always the same excuse, "it's that time of the year". Really, they use the same excuse in June!

I highly recommend Builder Supply and Quadra fire pellet stoves.

If their that under staffed, hire some more people!

When we moved into our new house, we contracted with Eric and Sons for a new fireplace in the living room. We had specific ideas about what we wanted and they built a custom fireplace that is just gorgeous! A year later, the gas ventless stove in the family room was replaced with a small, much more efficient vented gas stove that is not only beautiful but very energy efficient. We just love it! Eric is a hands-on business owner and it has been a refreshing change to work with him and his team.

We highly recommend Eric and Sons for all your fireplace, wood stove and ventless fireplace needs. They are honest, fair and the work is excellent!

I recently purchased a home and had problems with a kitchen fireplace and was told Eric & Sons was the only area contractor to service this make. So I called them. After having to wait several weeks for an appointment, they came out and serviced it. It worked for a week or so and then stopped. I called them again, after several weeks of waiting again, they came out and "serviced" it again. Still stopped working. Then my electrician checked all of the parts, it was miswired, etc., etc. My electrician called them to explain what he thought the problem was and left my name and number. After a week of no response, I called again and was told by the person answering the phone that she was "off last week" and would check her messages and call me back that day, after no response, I called one more time. I asked them to please give me the courtesy of a response and if they couldn't repair it to let me know. NO RESPONSE.

Would not recommend. Bad service, won't return follow up calls, very lame.

EXCELLANT experience!! Absolutely love my fireplace. [redacted], his father [redacted] and the workers on the job were awesome to work with. [redacted] was so professional, flexible, understood what I wanted and made sure all aspects of the job went smoothly. I now have a beautiful GRAND FIREPLACE. My friends who visited recently couldn’t believe that the FP wasn’t built with the house and that once the space was just a big empty wall. It doesn’t look like it was an after build at all. I can’t wait to use it this fall. I would highly recommend Eric & Sons to anyone wanting to consider adding a fireplace.
