My car was towed at 4:30am on 5/I feel that Eric's knowingly towed my vehicle in spiteof imminent road closures or those already in place, not only violating state law (which requires them to have my vehicle available for release) but also caused me a gross inconvenience with the loss of my transportationTherefore, I am requesting that m vehicle be released to me at no charge

I have reviewed complaint # *** and have had to do some investigating concerning this case due to the fact that this complaint was filed before my time with the companyI did locate some information regarding this case along with a statement from the driverThe driver
stated that this vehicle was called in by management and checked with management of the property before towing the vehicle. The police were called to the scene and spoke with the driver and the driver did return the vehicle when instructed to by the officerI did not find any information regarding a claim of damages to the vehicle *** *** Compliance Director Capital Tow,Inc***

In order to review this complaint and investigate it properly, I would need some type of information regarding he vehicleI would need the make, model, and license plate information in order to begin an investigation into this caseIn an effort to be fair, I must acknowledge some issues with this
complaintThe information regarding the driver given in this complaint is not correctThe license # given in this complaint come back to the personnel that works at the storage facility not a tow truck driverAn employee of a storage facility would have no knowledge of whether a driver damaged a vehicle during a tow or notThe fact that this information was given in a statement that could have been publically displayed is deceitful in itselfI am sure the complaintant would not like for their driver's license number publically displayed yet that was what was attempted in this complaintPersonal licensing information was put in this complaint in an effort to display it in publicAnother issue that raises a red flag with his complaint is that an email address is displayed at the storage facility next to the pay window for anyone that would like to dispute a tow or may have a damage claim, yet I have not been able to find any information of a claim being filed. *** *** Compliance Director Capital Tow,Inc*** *** ***

We tried reaching out to Mr *** via the email that was provided, and the email keeps coming back, not able to deliver. We would like to rectify this via email, so that we have documented written proof, therefor we will not contact them via phone. Can you please provide me

The vehicle was parked on property in a handicap space without displaying the handicap license plates or handicap placard required by state and federal law in order to occupy a handicap spaceWhether the vehicle had a parking permit or not is not the questionThe vehicle was illegally parked and
having a parking permit for the property does not allow the vehicle to be parked illegally or in any way the operator of the vehicle choosesHaving a parking permit for the property only authorizes the vehicle to be parked on the property, the owner/operator of the vehicle does still have to obey the parking rules for the propertyI have attached a photo of the vehicle in violation as proof of the vehicle being illegally parked and not a question of whether the vehicle had a permit to park on the property or not.The other portion of the complaint is that no response was givenThis is not a true accountEvery email that is received does get an initial automated response that asks for information regarding the vehicle and property that the vehicle was impounded fromThis information is needed to investigate the circumstance of the impoundEach case is investigatedThe automated response does state that emails are answered during business hoursThe office that emails are answered does not operate hours a dayThe vehicle was impounded on July 4, at 2:a.mThe office is closed at that time and was closed for the day as it was a holidayA response was given first thing July 05, which was upon office staff returning to dutiesThe complainant did not take into consideration the fact that the office may be closed for the holiday

The vehicle has been unable to be released due to the roads still be closed in the city of Dallas. Vehicle Storage Facility is not open at this time due to forced evacuation by the Dallas Police department. Once the Vehicle Storage Facility is able to re-open, the vehicle will be
released with no additional storage fees, since Sunday 6pm

To whom it may concern,The roads in the city of Dallas have been re-opened, therefore the Vehicle Storage Facility has been re-opened. Ms***l is able to pick up her vehicle at the price she was given. No additional storage fees have been added since Sunday evening 6pm
