To Whom It May Concern:I am responding about the complaint ID of [redacted] that was submitted on 8/8/ [redacted] brought his vehicle to my auto shop about five yearAfter rebuilt the transmission and it lasted five yearsIn Juned to the auto shop because his vehicle had a transmission problem and he asked for a good price and the good low price that I offered to fix his transmission was $When he came to pick up his vehicle he asked for a five-year warranty because he wanted a “peace of mind".He is aware that we only offer a one-year warrantyHe got upset when I declined his petition of five-year warranty, so I gave him a two-year warranty and is something that I don't usually doThe vehicle already had a problem with the driverside window when it was brought to the shop, but I have no proofI don't want to lose my time on this problem because I need to focus on working with other customers and support my familyI gave him $on August 23, and he agreed that the issue of the driverside window and dashboard is resolvedThankyou for your timeSincerely,Eric's Transmission

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Dear Ms.***,Today and for the first time I opened my file through Revdex.com after I talked to ***I read Eric,s Transmission respond and I can tell you that some of what they said is not true.When I took the car to his place was nothing wrong with the driver side window and no damage to the Dash board coverthe engine light was on because there is a problem with transmission and after weeks when I went to pick up the car, they told me that the engine light is off and I can go ahead and do the smoke check after I drive the car for miles, which I did.The smoke shop noticed that the engine light is still ON and the dash board cover was broken, I took the car to Bernardo/ Eric's transmission owner, he admitted that his worker opened the dash board and mess with engine light detector which is against the lawThey did put the light on and they opened the transmission again for the third time and they changed the solenoid, the light is off and they gave me years warranty plus $to fix the driver side motor window and the dash board cover.FYI; the dash board cover price is $plus tax, I did accept that refund!!!!!In the last week, the check engine is ON again because The transmission is slipping, the code is P1870.I called the owner and he asked me if the transmission working, I said yes but the code is back againThe owner said that is not his responsibility anymore and I should take the car to other person he know to check it because the car was there weeks ago because of changing water heater hose.I took the car last Saturday, November 5th, 2016, to that shop and after they check the car, they said the problem is inside the transmission.I do have the warranty and I don't know what to do, I am tired from all this.Please find a solution, I need my car back.Sincerely, *** ***
