property owners hired help[UNP} came and took out our door lock and itys been days and still no lock , unsafe .....no outside lights etc etc etc , place needs to be inspected by the town but they dont think so NYS tenant bill of rights says otherwise....he also threatened someone in front of the [redacted] police and they never did a thing...need help to get this resolved
