First they charged for the entire amount 7 weeks prior, without permission.
On the day scheduled they were not able to do the work.

When I went in and set up the appointment for the 16th, at that time I applied for CareCredit, that was okayed. A treatment plan was set for 7 weeks later, I then went home. about 3 days later I got a letter from CareCredit that the entire amount for the work had been charged to CareCredit. I called CareCredit, and disputed the charge, the also recommended calling the dentist which I did.
The Dentist office told me that the person whom does the billing had done the charge by accident. I demaded a refund, they said they were working on it. The refund never happened.
Today 7 weeks later I show up for the appointment, and no one was in the office. I waited and called the office number after many rings rings someone answered and told me they would have someone call me back, that never happened. After around 35 to 40 minutes three persons from the dentist office show up, I went in and they informed me that my appointment was moved because the Dentist had something else come up. I was told at that time that someone was supposed to contact me earlier that week, the had not. This office has both my home phone, and cell, and my email. In the past I had received an email from them confirming my original appointment. So I know for a fact they could have contacted me. I have voice mail on both phones that functions properly and I am home nearly every day all day, they never tried to contact me. During my initial visit the Doctor removed two teeth he was paid 70 dollars more by the insurance company than they had expected I had paid the entire remaining of the bill by credit card. They have not attempted to contact me on this matter either, nor have they refunded that amount. This is not a way to do business.
