First of course this is resolved, the tenants now have a brand new ac unit working great.Per multiple work orders, emails, texts, and recorded voice conversations we have not only responded to your complaint issues, but have kept you updated of all progress from when the AC first went out and we
sent someone up to check it, and you were told it wasn't just 'put in some freon' like we all hoped, to us telling you and your wife on multiple occasions the same updates that we had, and repeating them all twice as each of you would call/text/email multiple times asking the same questionsSo despite your complaint we do have multiple amounts of proof showing that we did respond, work with you, and keep you updated on the work order as it was in progress.Also the owner of your property not only has cancer and has been having a time of it, but you getting his contact information and you bothering him made him upset at you (not us, as he already knew were were looking for a unit asap) and delayed it even more, as we had to then deal with all the complaints and ruckus you guys were making instead of working to find the right unit to replace for you, at a price the owner could afford, and at a time of year that as you can imagine they are hard to findYour property is very nice, I have been there myself, although I haven't got to see the new french doors they put in to replace those older sliding doors, or the bathroom fan that was making noise that was replaced, etc. But I know it has been taken care of by us over the year you have lived there.As you know, you renewed your lease with us just recently for another year, so I am sure if you thought it was as bad as you said you would have found a different place to live...we do take care of the property, and this was a bad situation where no one expected a less then year old unit to go out, (your property is the one the owner himself used to live in, so he put that one in) so and then it be difficult to find a new one that it needed, etcYour patience and more appropriate communication would have been appreciated as well, and actually helped it to go fasterAnd when we offered you temp window units you did decline, as we were trying to help while the unit was coming in.You now of course have a brand new ton unit which is very nice and we hope you are satisfied and we will address the gutter issue as soon as we get the other tenants with AC needs addressed and back to our regular maintenance scheduleThanks, and stay cool
