From: [redacted] Sent: Monday, May 19, 10:PMTo: drteamSubject: ERICKS RESALE SHOP We had a customer who had a problem with the washing machine, he lived minutes away from our store Our policy covers only repair at the store We Only repair in the house when the customer pays for delivery and installation " [redacted] " This customer did not pay for the delivery of the appliances and therefore we could not make repairs at the home of the customer We gave the option to bring it in for repair the client was upset and frustrated but the client accepted to repair it at the storeand we had an agreementwe arranged to return it to his home and we decided to replace for something better the client was happy and satisfied Ericks resale shop we are confident that every customer who buys an article will be this happy and satisfied if for any reason our items stop working, we have trained technicians that are available to solve any problems as soon as possible ERICKS RESALE SHOP
