We had a customer who had a problem with the washing machine, he lived 30 minutes away from our store ...
Our policy covers only repair at the store ..
We Only repair in the house when the customer pays for delivery and installation ..
" [redacted] " This customer did not pay for the delivery of the appliances and therefore we could not make repairs at the home of the customer...
We gave the option to bring it in for repair .. the client was upset and frustrated . 
but the client accepted to repair it at the store. and we had an agreement. we arranged to return it to his home and we decided to replace for something better ... the client was happy and satisfied ...
Ericks resale shop .. we are confident that every customer who buys an article will be this happy and satisfied .. if for any reason our items stop working, we have 4 trained technicians that are available to solve any problems as soon as possible

Upon receiving this notice, we immediately attempted to get in contact with the customer via the information provided. We received no response. We do not have records of this customer in our system. Items purchased at our business come with 90 day warranty; Repair or exchange only, as stated on invoices. Repairs or exchanges must be done at our warehouse unless the customer paid to have the items delivered and paid a delivery fee.delivery fee includes free servicing at the home where delivered.  We hope to resolve this issue as so as possible.
