Erickson Construction Co., Incdba Betterliving Sunrooms of New Hampshire

We wanted a roof over part of our deck which we plan to enclose at some point in time and had Erickson Construction come out to give us an estimate After reviewing the estimates we decided to use Erickson, they were not the lowest or the highest We called and left a message stating we would like to use their service Then a few days later we sent an email Then a few days later we called again and spoke to his son We explained that this was the third time trying to reach them and if they didn't want the job to please let us know The son promised me that his father would call back that night, but called the following night Spoke to my husband and said he would write up a proposal and call back on either Sunday or Monday (10/or 10/6/14) By Tuesday 10/7/I finally called and left a message that we were wondering what was happening On Wednesday 10/8/around 11:30am we received a message on our answering machine that Matt **stopped by but we weren't home (obviously we work) and said he left a written proposal in the door He also stated that they would start work tomorrow I called back around 1:30pm and left a message how disappointed we were that we were told we would hear from him and didn't and were reconsidering using his service If he wanted to still come out like he said he could call us after 6pm I also stated that we had been burned before by a contractor in [redacted] NH, [redacted] and if he had anything to do with them we didn't want to use them At 2:41pm Matt [redacted] left a message on our machine stating he understood our frustration and that he did fail to meet our expectations so he was backing out from the project So now we are left to find someone else and start all over because we told the other contractors we wouldn't need their services It's to bad that this company couldn't handle this situation better and if they were to busy they should have just let us know right up front and a complaint wouldn't have been necessary
