To Whom It May Concern re: # [redacted] Originally [redacted] purchased just a Iron Filter, Then appox one week after it was installed they moved into their home and started using their water on a regular bases about two weeks after that she contacted George and stated that the Water Softener they have in their from the previous owners was not regeneratingThey purchased a softener from us then about days later George gets another call that when she filled her tub the night before to give the kids a bath the water was brownGeorge went out their to see what was going on and tested the water again and found they had tannins and sulfur smell coming through the well at this point which was not their before when him and [redacted] were originally out their and tested the water before they moved into the houseGeorge figured someone had chlorinated the well to mask the water prior to original test we have seen this before it clears the tannin up for a week or two and some people do that to avoid the expense of equipment only problem it don’t last longGeorge contacted me explained the situation recommended we remove the softener and replace with a tannin system because the water had changed since the original test and Our Performance Warranty States if that problem should ever arises in the first days we will take care of the changesGeorge removed the Water Softener at that point and put in an expensive tannin/softener system for them at our expense their was no charge to the [redacted] and that resolved the tannin issueThat is the only reason tank was removed to put in a Tannin system to handle the change that occurred in their well water supplyWhich we had no control of nor did they as stated above this happened a few weeks after they started using the water not right awayA softener will not remove Tannin nor will a Iron FilterGeorge did have to make an adjustment once to the days it regenerated as he told [redacted] he would set it to regenerate every 4th day if the brown water returned before the 4th day he would have to have it set to go every 3rd day which is the setting but he wanted to see if they could get by with regenerating once a weekWhich she okayed to try that out to see how long they could go between regeneration, which means backwashing the unit to rechargeAbout a month and a half later from original install [redacted] contacted me stating she was using more salt then original told when they actually just had a softener not the tannin systemI told her she will use a little more salt with the tannin system then the softener but not bags that seems quite strange and off to me to be honestI told her I would contact George and have him come out to check things over for herI contacted George and explained what she said he said no problem I will go out and see what’s going on in the morningHe asked me since he was going out their to just check things over could I ride with as he wanted to change the flush line because the one they original had in their from the previous owner was this black hose which worked fine but ours is clear and just looks nicerLet me explain the flush line has nothin to do with how the units operate it’s a hose that the the flush goes through to the drain when it regeneratesGeorge checked everything over and said everything is working he can’t find no problem and asked [redacted] at that time if she was getting any brown water or smell and she said no she was concerned about the salt usage and he explained what she should expect to bags a month from their on outThe following week [redacted] calls George again she don’t like the softened taste feels the unit is not working right we go out again and find no problem with the units but she insist she feels something is wrong with the head that’s why the water taste salty and she did not think it regenerated so she was manually regeneratingIt actually was working we tested it while their and tasted the water I took two huge swallows and it just tasted like softened water what was happening I think she was double regenerating the unit They don’t need manually regeneration they are electronic and do that on the days we set them to go off automaticallyI told George lets just order her a new Head not a timer even though we ran it through its cycle and it worked fine [redacted] came home at that time and we told him we can’t find anything wrong but we will order a new head for them as requested [redacted] said as long as were working with them he has no problem he knows we put in different equipment at our expense when their water suddenly changed after they moved in and started using it dailyGeorge told me on the way back theirs nothin wrong with them units and their was no reason to for me to purchase another headI agreed but to avoid any issues with her and to make her feel comfortable and happy we ordered her a new head which came in the following day and we scheduled to go out and replaceI also told George at that time I don’t think the issue is with the quality of water because we have the samples it’s crystal clear which before our units it was the color of tea from the tannins, I believe it’s the softened taste she’s not use to well waterShe stated again when we arrived to put on new head that she don’t like the taste of the softened waterAfter we changed the head George had it regenerate immediate so we knew for a fact it worked plus I tasted the water afterwards and so did George and it tasted the same as the other dayThen we had her taste the water and she said it was not salty like beforeI knew I was right about it being the taste and actually not a problem with the units or quality of waterI asked [redacted] if she had lived with softened or well water before she stated they had a softener on city water and it did’nt taste as salty as her current waterWe explained to her that there is a difference between city softened water and well water not to mention they have a lot of different issues in their water but that’s not a Hard problem to solve as we were talking I explained to her us changing her heads is not going to change the softened taste if she don’t like the taste of softened water like myself and others the only way to get around that is to install a drinking sysAfter we all tasted the water from the new head we went back into the room where the units were and [redacted] walked over to the Iron Filter and told me now she wants another new head for that unit as well she feels its not regenerating and when she was manually regenerating it one day she got purple water one time this was news to us at this point because George had been asking her in front of me if she was getting any brown or any other color water or smell and she always stated no she just don’t like the tasteWe checked it over and found that the timer was changed from going off at midnight to going off at noonGeorge reset that and she took a picture a few days later and text it to him and said it must be wrong again the strange part was it was showing the correct time and George explained this to herThen she said she called a competitor about the softened taste and they were saying how bad we were and that Erickson had numerous complaints about salt tasting issues the last few years with the Revdex.com ect, ect and she was very unpleasant with us from that time on which we just ignored because we know some not all competitors will say things like that to get you to buy from themI also know that’s not a true statement and we have always very kind and generous to [redacted] [redacted] insisted at that point we purchase her a new head for the Iron Filter unit so we did just to please her were not here to argue with the customer and we do want them to be happy even though their was’nt anything wrong with the head same as the head for the tannin systemI talked with [redacted] a few days later and he said he’s never around nor does he know if the units work or not as [redacted] takes care of themI told [redacted] at that time were going to go ahead and order a new head for the other unit but that’s not the real issue what the issue is she don’t like the taste of softened waterI figured to put an end to the calling us out their all the time over the taste it would be better to give them a drinking system free and I mentioned this to him he asked if it would be a distiller I said no and then asked if it would be a R.Odrinking system I said yes I have one on hand they could have but they would have to have a plumber install as we don’t install drinking systems, He never said yah or nay and I told him once that head comes in for the iron filter we will come out and exchange thatHe said rock on sounds good that was the end of the conversationI want to state we sent the original head from the tannin system back to the distributer to see if we missed something or if their was a manufacture defect since she claimed it was not working even though we could not find no problem with it either just to cover our end and expense in case their was a defectThey sent it back to me and said their was absolutely nothin wrong with the headWe went ahead and ordered the Iron Filter head on Monday which for the most part its usually here the next day but it didn’t show up till Wednesday and George went out to swapI want to clarify during the head exchanges they were never left with out functioning units and the water was always crystal clear which that was not the issue it was the taste which in reality is only natural when you have softened waterTheirs nothin we can do about that as softened water is softened with sodium When George went out their to swap out the head that she insisted I order for her she refused to let George preform the service [redacted] told him yes he could [redacted] told [redacted] and George she did not want us in the house with her as she did not trust us or feel safe after what the competitor told her and if he wanted to keep the units he would have to be home when ever we did anything at their house [redacted] said that she ordered new equipment from them already and they were going to be their in a few day to install their equipmentGeorge asked them wants going here we’ve done everything she’s asked and wanted and came out immediately ever time she called even though we found nothin wrong and the water was always crystal clearThey told him to remove our units and if we did refund their money they knew a lot of people and more less we would regret it ectI received a email from them stating pretty much the same they removed our system and put in the competitors and said they would send me a text of our equipment removed gave me 24hrs to respond to refunding their money or they were going to contact Revdex.com, States Attorney, ect ectI feel we have been very generous and responsive to their need and demands up to this point including offering them a drinking system since she did’nt like the softened water taste which has nothin to do with having clear waterI informed them we do have a binding contract and will honor any service needs that they feel need addressed as stated in the contractI also mentioned if they wanted to discuss any issues to contact me personallyI also want to state anytime a customer calls we always go out and check out the situation and just because she was calling us and complaining about the taste does not mean the units were not preforming as they had crystal clear waterPlus if their was issues she should not of been adjusting things or regenerating the unit because it’s hard to figure out what’s going on when were not the ones actually manually regenerating them or finding any problems when we do go out [redacted] mentioned she set her alarm Thursday night to hear if the units went off which would actually be 2:am Friday morningShe called said they never regenerated they would’nt of because they were set to go off Wednesday and we explained this to her but in the mean time since she did’nt hear it she would manually regenerate them and their was no need for that especially since she was’nt having bad water issues

The allegations in Yvettes response are not trueOur main concern the entire time was the pink water and salt issuesWe developed skin rashes due to the waterI never once insisted on a new head as I did not know if that was the problemI never regenerated the system unless I was instructed to do so by the installer George, which he had to give me instructions as to how to do itWe did not have a competitor here until after the last time George came to fix the problem but it did not resolve the issue and we had pink water once againI did however, have another company come to the home the day before I first met with George and they ran tests on our water and found tannins right awayAlso, we purchased the softener two days after the iron eater was installed and we have the paper work to prove thisGeorge was out to the home many times and Yvette may not be aware of it as I was told by him to call him directly on his cell phoneYvette stated they we had sensitivities to the salt taste because we we were used to city water with a softener which is not truewe moved from our previous home which was in the country with a private well and water systemWe are used to this type of water, however, we are not used to going through bags of salt and having pink water to bathe in and drinkWe are standing by our decision to have the system removed from the homeI did state that I no longer feel comfortable with George or Yvette alone st my home with me due to their rudeness and fast talkingI didn't get to explain what had been happening before they would interrupt me with a solution to fix it
