Went above and beyond to deliver a renovation that would stand up over time -- even removed the garage back door and shortened it to give more room for the cement garage floor to have an adequate slope. Included engineering reports before and after foundation work was done for quality assurance. Best company that has ever done work at my house.

We had extensive cracks in our 30 year old foundation due to improperly installed re-bar in the concrete. While some of the companies we contacted misdiagnosed the problem, *** was very precise in identifying the problem and how it should be repaired. Although the job was complicated by our landscaping and other issues, the crew did their best to minimize the impact on our property. We had a very bad issue with our foundation several years ago which was repaired by Eric's Concrete to our great satisfaction. It was very stressful. 1-2 years ago we noticed musty smell and evidence of water in one corner of the basement. After we received more than 90 ml of rain in one day we were constantly flooded in that corner. Because we were under warranty from the previous repair, Eric came to determine the issue this time. He asked us to try several remedial actions which we did We were too close to winter so first thing in spring *** discovered surprisingly another rusted rebar, this time at footing level. *** and *** worked to find solutions that were the least disruptive, stressful and costly and the crew worked efficiently and pleasantly. We got a lot of attention and every step of the way this company went the extra mile (sinking a sona tube, repairing damaged siding and waiting for payment). team impressed us with the high quality of their work and attention to detail, delivered on time always with professionalism and courtesy. I work at home and never felt in the least inconvenienced by the job; every accommodation was made for our safety and comfort, and
that of the crew as well. Any questions or concerns we would raise were always answered cheerfully, and finishing touches were seen to even days after the site was cleared, to address our last concerns. Oh, and our new concrete garage floor is fantastic.
