Review: I took in three different pieces of equipment here to be fixed. Each time I did not get an estimate from Eric's and they didnt call me to let me know if I needed any additional fixes or not. The only call I got was that if was " Fixed ". Each time I didnt get a bill until a week or more from it being completed, hence why I took in 3 different things to be worked on. When I finally got the bill, they fixed additional things without my permission and broke some things that I told them they needed to fix with no additional charge to which they did but have not taken it off my bill!!! There crooks. Now they email or call me telling me that I am trying anything I can to get out of my bill and that interest is accruing! First they would not even get back to me regarding my bill. Then when they finally did, they offered a discount but no money off for parts I NEVER ASKED FOR!!! They just said, well this needed to be fixed, or replaced and so we did it so pay for it. I told them without any estimate, or any call for any additional repairs, I wont pay for it. I hate to be the bad guy, which I am not, but they make me feel this way even though there in the wrong. I just dont get it. No written estimate, ever. And I asked for one each time. They said they would give me one.Desired Settlement: I have no problem paying for the problem my equipment came in for. After some of there repairs rebroke and I had to go else where to get them fixed. The only thing I need to pay for would be 1 hour labor on the Cushman they worked on and one hour labor on my roller. Even though I dont think fix they did on the roller even works.Oh and get rid of the fake derogatory review on my yelp.

I took my piece of equipment in to be fixed. I asked them to give me an estimate on what it would take to fix it. They never called me until the equipment was fixed!! I picked it up and they said they did not have a bill prepared yet and that they would send it to me in the mail. Two weeks later I get a repair bill for 10x more than I even could imagine! They not only fixed the one thing wrong with it, they fixed 4 additional items that they didnt even discuss with me!!! Are you kidding me! And more than 4 other people I have spoken with say the same thing! This is crazy. I told them I am not paying because they never even gave me an estimate.
