What I was most impressed with his service is how prompt he responded and how he followed his promises. I am so accustomed to people who don't return calls or not showing up, or late. Communication with him was easy and clear. When he said 3 days, he finished in 3 days. Such a minor thing one may think but this is the biggest headache I had with my previous experience with construction industry.

His work was great. He listened to what I wanted and made sure, then, double checked, that he understood what I meant. This is another great headache source for many home owners. None of "I told him ______ (fill the blank) but _____!" The outcome is exactly what I envisioned.

He did great amount of product research for me. When he was not familiar with something, he simply stated that and looked for information for me. He ended up finding a better solution than I was aiming for.

Being a single, older female, I often felt like that I have to watch out to protect my interest from car sales persons or construction people. With Eric's Home Repairs, I felt I was protected. Knowing his craftsmanship and work ethics, I highly recommend his service for everyone.
