he asked for a good price and the good low price that I offered to fix his transmission was $600. When he came to pick up his vehicle he asked for a five-year warranty because he wanted a “peace of mind".He is aware that we only offer a one-year warranty. He got upset when I declined his petition of five-year warranty, so I gave him a two-year warranty and is something that I don't usually do. The vehicle already had a problem with the driverside window when it was brought to the shop, but I have no proof. I don't want to lose my time on this problem because I need to focus on working with other customers and support my family.
