Review: Dear Revdex.com,I have had my 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee I purchased from Erie Auto Credit for a year. Since my purchase of my vehicle, I have had it in the shop close to 20 times for everything from the Radiator to the actual engine. The full engine had to replaced because it was running erratically and was determined via engine mechanic that 3 inches of sludge on the engine was due to misuse by the previous owner. The management and owners of Erie Auto Credit preach that they will help you "restore" and "rebuild" your credit upon purchase of a vehicle at their establishment. Since the purchase of my vehicle, I have had it in the shop more than I've driven it, and it has done nothing to help my credit, it has actually made it worse because of all the repair costs. I have probably paid more in repair costs than I have all my car payments i've paid so far.They also claim that all vehicles (albeit used) are "serviced" prior to sale. If my vehicle was serviced properly prior to sale, a failing engine, radiator and fuel pump would have been noticeable. They do nothing to help me, In fact, when I file a complaint on their Facebook page, they publicly embarass me by calling me out of all the other customers. They take absolutely no responsibility for selling me a failing vehicle and state that they don't have a "crystal ball" that they can view to see what's wrong with vehicles they sell.Desired Settlement: anything that involves informing them of their failure. Though a refund or replacement would be nice, i'll take anything I can get.

Review: Bought a car about july 2014 was told That the issues it had would be fixed By salesman [redacted] he has sent me to the shop They use 5 times they still have notFixed these issue and it is a safety Issue and my car was inspected in august 2014 by the same shop Rokees and they Passed the inspection with bad brakes and Brake system issues, a sensor o2 and It is overheating because they said it Needed a thermostat all this stuff Was suppose to be fixed before I tookDelivery but was not done the dealer Will not return my calls been waiting To hear back from them for 3+ weeks I Have left messages and they were not Returned and I have been trying to getThis taken care of since day 1 of taking Delivery of the car and they knowI can not afford to make repairs on theCar especially when they said theyWould pay for the repairs or have Them done by there shop. I need helpWith this. Thank you I would like to either have All repairs done by them or get all monies Put into the car returned so I can get another vehicle thatIs safe.Desired Settlement: Replaced or fixed completely or refund of all money.

Our records indicate that [redacted] has in fact contacted us with complaints concerning the vehicle that she

purchased from us in July of 2014. The day that ‘ana picked her car up, there were issues with the vehicle because it

had not yet been se~viced. We brought the vehi le back in for a PA inspection and to clean the vehicle shortly after her

purchase. Because cr1 the volume that we do we ,ccasionally outsource a portion of our service work. This particular

vehicle was serviced by Rockees Automotive. Be ause the customer had complaints after picking up her vehicle we had

her return there witli her vehicle for him to che cover the concerning the complaints that she had. After driving the

vehicle with the customer it was reported to us rrnt no issues could detected. This customer continues to call us about

issues with her vehicle and we have had her brir ~ it in numerous times to try and diagnose exactly what the problem is.

Each time we drive tier vehicle there is not a prcIem. I even offered for her to take it to her mechanic and have that

person call me if thej detect a problem and she aid she would do that. A couple of days later she called me back with a

list of things that were diagnosed by her mechai ic. When I asked what garage he worked at she said he does not work

at a garage he just knows a lot about cars. At th; t point we had her bring it in again to drive with her salesman and again

the concerns [redacted] had could not be duplicated. We are more than willing to repair a customer’s vehicle ifwe missed a

problem or feel it is iur responsibility to do so. I at any point! would have had a certified mechanic tell me that there

are repairs required I would have done what I al vays do and repaired the vehicle. In this case I cannot get anyone to tell

me what would need to do to satisfy [redacted] and can’t repair an issue under the advice of [redacted]’s friend who is not a

certified working m~ichanic. [redacted] states in herr implaint that she has been back five times and that is because we keep

trying to find out what exactly needs repaired ai d each time we try we cannot duplicate the issues she complains about

On at least two occasions she drove with a med anic and agreed the vehicle was not acting up. On at least one occasion

he drove with a representative from EAC and th problem could not be duplicated, [redacted] does have an extended service

contract that she ptrchased with her vehicle.
