for bringing to our attention about an incident at our locationWe do apologize for the inconvenience Mr *** purchased the tickets at our location after confirmation that he needs $worth of POWER BALL tickets+$worth of other ticketsIt is Ohio lottery rule once lottery tickets are issued, we as retail sellers do not have control in cancelling the tickets as the tickets are multi state lottery and customer has to Play ResponsiblyIn addition, it is customer responsibility to make sure the tickets are correct what he asked for before leaving the store.Our margins are very less in selling lottery ticketsIt is for customer convenience onlyIf the tickets have made a million dollars the customer would have not come back for refund, since it is a mistake of the Clark.Please let us know what best we could do to improve our services in the near futureWe do appreciate your help and support in trying to resolve this issueThanks & Regards *** **

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The store did not offer anythingThe store in fact lied in their responseI did not order Powerball ticketsThe powerball lottery was only about millionThe MegaMillion lottery which are the tickets I requested was over millionThey gave me numbers for the MegaMillions and laid them on top so I thought they were all correctThey also made me pay before I received themAlso, I filed this complaint before the drawing took placeI have a witness who was with me the whole timeThe clerk was confused and gave me the wrong ticketsNaturally they are going to try to cover their mistakeI want my money back
