Review: My wood floors in my home at Peek n' Peak resort got ruined from a product ii had put on my floor. It had created my wood floors to be very cloudy and smeared in many areas of the floor. I wanted my floors back to the shiny wood floors they use to be without all the smudges, smears and cloudiness. [redacted] was called because he said that he can bring wood floors back to their original shine with no sanding. He came and looked at my floors and said it would be no problem to get my floors looking great. I leave in Florida and was not there to meet with him but talked to him over the phone. He assured me all the smears, cloudiness etc.. would be gone. I had all my furniture removed from the house for the wood floors to be done by Hardwood Floor refinishing. When the job was completed [redacted] sent me pictures of the floors via email and requested payment. From the pictures [redacted] sent me the floors looked shiny. I sent the payment of $1,344 to Hardwood Floor Refinishing. When I got to the house and saw my floor 2 weeks later I couldn't believe my eyes. The floors looked exactly like they did before I left except worse because he sealed in the smudges, smears,& prints in the wood. When I called he did not return my calls. I emailed him and he stated that to see the shine in a floor you look down into the floor not from the side. [redacted] has refused to answer any of my calls, return anymore emails or even meet me at my house to go over the issue on the floor. He did not understand what he originally needed to do on the wood floor and created a bigger problem. He has refused to try and fix what he did or even meet me at my house to see the floor and what I am talking about. He just says I need to stand over the floor. Who does that? When you enter a home you do not fly in over top of a floor looking down. the moment you enter my house all you see is a cloudy smeared floor.Desired Settlement: I would like the wood floor fixed or my money returned to me so that I can get a professional in to do what is needed to get my wood floors back to the way they were.
