Review: Refurbished mill ordered from Erie Mill and Press on October 1, 2015 with an expected delivery date of January 7, 2016 and an offer of additional $10K if delivered by Dec 21, 2015. Paid the initial agreed amount with submission of PO along with agreed amount after 8 weeks. Continued calls and finally a visit January 20, 2016 to identify status found significant delay, with a new delivery date of March 15, 2016. Finally a visit on April 20, 2016 to physically see the status of the mill identified that there was still a significant amount of work to be done and agreed of a "drop dead date" of May 11, 2016 with a run-in trial at their facility on May 12th. As of today (May 12, 2016) the unit is till not operable.Desired Settlement: We need to have the mill completed and delivered ASAP

Review: Placed order for a $195,000 piece of equipment on the premise of a 8-10 week lead time. We currently sit at 18 weeks and upon inspection of the vendors facility have found out production has not yet begun to commence. We have paid $121,000 over this 18 week period already including a $10,000 down payment to hold our production slotDesired Settlement: After weeks of misconception on the part of the vendor we have a signed agreement with EMPCO to deliver by October 19th. I would like to see this happen in the time frame and within the guidelines of the agreement between our two companies.
