I hired this company for a chimney rebuild in July After numerous complaints, I received excuse after excuse Without informing me, flashing was not reattached to chimney but left hanging This was resolved but if I had not had someone check out the work, I would have had massive problems with water leakage The quote I received called for a new poured crown but instead of informing me, they reattached the old crown without letting me even see the condition of the old crownTheir excuse was that the old crown was made of better material than a new poured crown would be Of course no money was discounted and I know it was less work than attaching a new poured crown They also left very little flue tile to be able to attach rain coversThe owner refused to see pictures taken If you use this company, DO NOT pay until you inspect the work yourself and DO NOT take their word that work was completed Do not hire this company

My apologies for the delay in getting back to you. I wanted to reach out to you personally to assure you that the check was mailed. Unfortunately, it appears that the correspondence was mishandled during the delivery process. I have just printed another check, #[redacted], in the amount of $38.33 and will mail it this evening.
