Sincerely,*** *** His invoicing stopped on December due to Nation Parking’s policy; which is if a parker has not paid for parking for months, that parker does not receive an invoice or parking pass So, because his account was delinquent, he did not receive an invoice although his open balance remained as an accounts receivable. *** spoke to *** *** on August 13th and since they are not willing to pay the total balance of his accountNation Parking decided to remove all of the finance charges and a one month parking fee and his account will be closed of August 19, 2015. I am rejecting this response because:
The parking pass was returned. Cancellation was indicated. Bill was refuted. Letters were sent. Voicemails were left. Car was sold prior to Nov. 1, the start of the month that was billed. Couldn't be more obvious this is an error and that we are absolutely not paying for this parking for which there was no car to park! Essentially you billed someone for parking who did not own a car. Respectfully[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
I did in fact mail a letter to nation parking including my parking pass for November. I also tried to contact them to dispute this charge every time they sent me a bill for this service that I did not receive. They never returned my calls or answered my patters. Only under the supervision of the Revdex.com does this garage find it within itself to reply to paying customer. I paid for the months I used this garage. I will not pay for a month of parking that I did not use. I told them I was not going to use it. I returned the parking pass. And I disputed every bill they sent me without ever hearing so much as an explanation from them. This has been very frustrating to deal with. I am so thankful for the Revdex.com for protecting consumers like myself who without the bureau would be left with no other option but to be forced to either pay for a service that was not provided or to incur a negative entry on the credit report.
