[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I did in fact mail a letter to nation parking including my parking pass for NovemberI also tried to contact them to dispute this charge every time they sent me a bill for this service that I did not receiveThey never returned my calls or answered my pattersOnly under the supervision of the Revdex.com does this garage find it within itself to reply to paying customerI paid for the months I used this garageI will not pay for a month of parking that I did not useI told them I was not going to use itI returned the parking passAnd I disputed every bill they sent me without ever hearing so much as an explanation from themThis has been very frustrating to deal withI am so thankful for the Revdex.com for protecting consumers like myself who without the bureau would be left with no other option but to be forced to either pay for a service that was not provided or to incur a negative entry on the credit report Regards, [redacted]
