Review: On 9/2/14 I called Erie Outdoor Services to see if they repair seams in my gutters they came that night.On or about 9/20/ 14 I noticed my one seam on the east side of my home was leaking.I have called them numerous times leaving messages or talking with them ,they said they would be out the next time it rains or by the end of the week.I gave up calling because it was going to voicemail.It has rained numerous times here in Erie. I paid 100.00 cash and received a receipt.I want my gutter seam repaired or my money backDesired Settlement: come and reseal the leaking seam or refund my monies

Review: Cornerstone Outdoor Services was contracted to repair a retaining wall at my home in Conneautville Pa. The business owner [redacted] was paid $6000.00 to do the work. [redacted] insisted on being paid in full prior to doing any work. As an incentive to being paid in advance [redacted] offered pressure the house for free. This was included in the contract. A short time later [redacted] moved his business to Erie. [redacted] never started work on the wall nor did he buy any materials with the money he took. He did pressure wash approximately half of one side of the house When asked for a return of the money [redacted] stated that he didn't have it. [redacted] did finally refund $200.00 and I gave him a $300.00 credit for the pressure wash he did. We agreed that [redacted] still ows a $5500.00 refund but to date he has not refunded the money.Desired Settlement: $5500.00 refund.

Review: I contracted with Erie Outdoors Services to install an extension to a railing that it had previously installed on some patio steps. I paid the amount in full ($625.00) in late July 2015. The principal, David Bellingham told me he would order the railing materials and then call me to schedule the installation. After a month I began calling his office and texting his cell phone number. I get a message when I call the office that the mailbox is full and that I cannot leave a message. The text messages have gone unanswered.Desired Settlement: I want my payment returned promptly in whole.

Review: I find erie outdoor service in the website. I called them to eastimate the price to put concert on my parkway,sidewalk and patio. I was ok with their price. He told me to finish by two days and asked to pay him.I believed him and paid all the money. He said to come next day to give the receipt and other paperwork. He had a verbal contract that day and said to do the paperwork for the agreement. But he never come back to do the concert. After one month he had some body to put the concrete. He did just the half work and said he was told to do that. Now all the parkway is cracked up and still he has to do the rest. I tried to contact him he never replied. He is now out of contact.Desired Settlement: Finish the job,replacement

Review: My husband and I hired [redacted], of Erie Outdoor Services back in July to do outdoor services for us. After he completed most of the work, we asked him if he knew of someone who could patch a hole in the entryway ceiling after a plumber fixed our leaky pipe. He said he knew someone, [redacted] who is a Contractor. [redacted] came to our house and said he'd do the work. We decided on $750 at which time we gave [redacted] a check on September 12 in the amount of $750. To date, the work has not been done. I have called and called Mr. [redacted] many, many times and always get a machine at which time I leave a message. He has NEVER returned any of my calls. In the meantime, I have spoken to [redacted] several times and he said he'd do the work. We set up two times for him to come, and he did not show. The last time we made an appointment for him to do the work, he didn't come and did not return my phone call either. So now we are out $750.00 plus one job outside that [redacted] said he'd do and has not done. We have paid [redacted] a lot of money and here it is November and he has not finished the work. He also has the check of $750 of which is supposed to go to [redacted] for the inside ceiling job, so [redacted], therefore, doesn't want to do the job without getting paid. He, too, has had no luck reaching [redacted]. We are so disgusted with this situation. We have never experienced anything like it. I hope that you will be able to help.Desired Settlement: We want our $750 to be returned so that we can hire someone else to take care of the unfinished inside job and part of the outside work that was never completed.
