I contacted them today, 9/18/2014 via telephone, and inquired about the refund again. That was when I was informed the refund check was mailed out on Monday. I have confirmed receipt of the check in the amount of $434 today.

Review: I signed my daughter, [redacted], up for the summer camp program at Erie Premier Sports. I was charged on my credit card in the amount of $124.00 each week for 7 weeks for a total credit card charge of $868.00. My daughter never went to camp due to scheduling issues. Erie Premier Sports has the policy that if a refund is requested, they will refund 50% of the total charges. Therefore, I was supposed to receive a check for $434.00, which is fair since I knew the rules up front. I have called Erie Premier Sports on 4 separate occasions between July 1, 2014 and August 20, 2014 and requested a refund. On each occasion I was given several excuses. First, I was told there was no one at the facility who could help me. The second time I was told that they were behind on getting checks cut. The third time I was told that they were writing the checks the following week. On August 18, 2014 I was told the checks were cut and would be in the mail no later than Wednesday, August 20, 2014. It is now Saturday, August 23, 2014 and I still have not received my check. Whenever I call and want to speak to the Director of the Facility or Accounting, I am repeatedly told they are not there. I leave my name and phone number with the person who answers the phone and no one will ever call me back. I have receipts for the 7 transactions Erie Premier Sports has charged my credit card for on April 3, 2014.Desired Settlement: I would like my check in the amount of $434.00 sent to me immediately and I would like it stated somewhere on the record that Erie Premier Sports does not honor its own policy.
