Review: this company was retained to clean my home after a VERY SMALL kitchen fire , they were told by my insurance adjuster NO ONE was to go in basement because that part of home was not involved , basement contained my husbands property who had passed away and I was VERY protective of his items ,their workers went into basement anyway and removed a radio of my husbands also an employee of theirs removed radio from my property , when I called the employee he continued to deny he took radio , when I stated I was reporting this incident which there is a police report , the employee called me and stated he did take radio and would return it , I have video tape of him returning it , when I brought it to the attention of [redacted] (owner) she just stated oh its just a radio and he did return it ! I stated at that time I did not want any employee of erie restoration on my property , work was NOT completed , I had a contractor come into home and give me an estimate for work that needed done , when Natalie and her co-worker Carol came to home they did see work that needed done , Natalie stated no way she was paying for it , when she was leaving she made statement "dont fight paying me , it would go very bad for you , shaking her head " THREAT ??? they are trying to charge for work that was NEVER DONE !!!! I HAVE PROOF . a little kitchen fire and they are trying to collect almost $45,000.00 !after speaking with my adjuster [redacted] she said to deduct from check work they did not do or complete , my house is a mess , paint showing through , counter top lifting up , cupboards missing shelves and full of soot , no range hood ,no coverings for electrical sockets just to name a few !!!!! totally UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!!!!Desired Settlement: DEDUCT WORK NOT DONE , REIMBURSE FOR ME HAVING TO HIRE CONTRACTOR TO COMPLETE WORK !
