I HAVE ASKED THIS COMPANY FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR US TO MAKE SOME DETERMINATIONS AND HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING FROM THEM.I REQUESTED THE INFORMATION THAT THEY ARE CLAIMING THAT THE SALES TAX AUDIT PROVIDED AS WELL AS THE INFORMATION FROM THEIR APPEAL OF THE AUDIT TO THE STATE. THIS
INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO DETERMINE WHY THE STATE OF MICHIGAN'S SALES TAX DEPARTMENT TOLD US THAT DRY CLEANERS QUALIFY FOR THE STATE'S SALES TAX EXEMPTION AS A PROCESSOR...THEN AN AUDITOR TOLD THE COMPANY THAT THEY DID NOT QUALIFY. THE AUDITORS DECISION MUST BE APPEALLED TO THE STATE'S BOARD OF APPEALS. WE OFFERED TO DO THAT FOR THE COMPANY BUT THE DECLINED.WE HAVE BEEN DOING REFUNDS IN MICHIGAN FOR YEARS AND HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH ANY OF THE SALES TAX REFUNDS RECEIVED BY ANY OF OUR CLIENTS. WE HAVE TRIED ENDLESSLY TO WORK WITH THIS COMPANY TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER AND HAVE RECEIVED NO WILLINGNESS FROM THE COMPANY TO WORK WITH US.
