I appreciate your bringing this matter to our attention. We have been in communication with Mr. [redacted] verifying receipt of
the newspaper. The agent did have trouble locating Mr [redacted]’s home when the subscription was first ordered. There were
no clear directions or description given at the time of order. After several emails with Mr. [redacted] that included Google Map
screen shot images it was determined which home belonged to Mr. [redacted], delivery was then regularly received and on
time.
On October 1” at 8:53pm, after having communicated with me several weeks via email in July Mr [redacted] sent an email to our
Help desk stating he had made 3 attempts to contact us that he had not received the newspaper on Sunday, Sept. 28th• On
Thursday, October 02, 2014 7:06 AM I responded to Mr. [redacted] and notified our District Manager that he was missed. Mr
[redacted]’s account was extended by a day for the missed paper. The paper was late on the 12th of October but it was delivered
to Mr. [redacted]’s home. Our District Manager confirmed newspaper was delivered on 10/19 as well (on time)
Mr. [redacted] has been credited for the papers he did not receive, inaddition to 2 additional weeks. There was a turn over in
carriers delivering Mr. [redacted]’s area. If more information is required regarding emails between Mr. [redacted] and myself or
other staff in our office I will be more than happy to provide all the documentation. If you have any further questions please
feel free to contact me.
