Erigun Construction came into my life AFTER I had the worst outcome from a contractor who left my home in a state of disaster. No permits had been acquired by the previous contractor, the quality of work way sub-standard and the house did not pass inspection following the work. Example - a support wall had been removed from the main floor and the ceiling was bowed due to lack of structural integrity. Example - the fire place installed was not up to code.
Mike from Erigun came to me highly recommended and repaired all the work and damage done by the previous incompetent contractor. He saved my house from being a disaster with no market value, to a safe home where I can live and sell knowing it is the best I can offer the next family moving in to start their life. Erigun backs up their work 100% and make themselves available to clients for all planning and decision making during a reno process.
