Don't waste your time or money with this guy. This is a fly by night group that wont answer the phone, don't even have an email, and if you do confront them they get hostile or hide from their clients. We tried to fire him and recover some if any of our unused retainer and he hung up on us. When I could finally talk to him he was hostile and revealed that he wasn't refunding ANY of the money. I called and talked to his receptionist and asked for a detailed/itemized billing statement specific to my case and she said I could pick it up the next day...today. I went there, first thing in the morning and not only would they not provide me with a statement of how they billed but he hid in his office the entire time. True sign of a snake trying to hide. Again, dont waste time and money with this group. We have filed a formal complaint with the Colorado Bar Association through the Colorado Supreme Court Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel.
